The Indian Head Swim Team (IHST) is a recreational summer swim team and competes in the Prince Mont Swim League. The IHST is a special interest group of the Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Maryland. The team provides competitive swimming opportunities to children of active duty, retired military, and DoD civilian personnel. Children of local residents (Southern Maryland) are also eligible to participate on the IHST. We welcome you to browse through our site and find out more about us.
